2. Services

JETT provides custom AI infrastructure design and implementation services. All projects are governed by individual project agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon project completion and full payment:

  • Clients receive full ownership of all custom code, models, and documentation created specifically for their engagement
  • JETT retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
  • JETT may use anonymized learnings and general techniques in future work

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, remains the property of THE JETT AGENCY LTD and is protected by copyright laws.

4. Project Agreements

All projects require a signed project agreement before work begins. These terms are supplementary to individual project agreements. In case of conflict, the project agreement prevails.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms include:

  • Milestone-based payments tied to deliverables
  • Payment due within 14 days of invoice
  • Late payments may incur interest at statutory rates

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services under the relevant project agreement
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Warranties

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that AI systems will be error-free or achieve specific business outcomes.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement as specified therein. Upon termination, client pays for work completed to date, and receives all deliverables produced.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
